ps. been to the McDonald restaurant, dont understand why they dont have wash basin to wash hand. Where's the cleanliness and hygiene of a big city?

no lah... in Melbourne...
They have water restricitions and all.. so water must used "wisely"... but still with such a big international chain of fast food, you would think that they insist that there MUST be a handwash basin.
